The CoachGifts Team can include your logo and/or team photo to any of our products for a one-time artwork charge of just $20. (That's $20 total - not "per item".)

If you want your logo or a photo added to your gift, here's how to do it...

Step #1 - Place your entire order directly on this web site and submit it.
Please note: The $20 logo/photo charge WILL NOT show in your shopping cart total. I will add this artwork charge after you approve the sample and before I ship your order.

Step #2 - After you receive your order number, email your logo/photo to me - along with your order number.

DETAILED ORDERING INFO

Click on your SPORT, and then click on the specific product you want to order. Scroll down so you can fill in the requested information.

The first thing you will be asked to do is "Choose your Design". Select the sample design you prefer. When you are asked ... “Logo or Photo?” Select the YES option from the drop-down box.

Fill out the remaining information needed to create your personalized gift.
Click the "ORDER" button.

Repeat this process for all the products you want to order. When you are finished, click the "CHECK OUT" button in the shopping cart and then fill out your delivery and payment information.
If you have any requests or special instructions about your order, you will have an opportunity to include a message with your order when checking out.

After you submit your order and get your order number, please send me your logo/team photo via email - along with your order number to CoachMike@CoachGifts.com.

I will email a sample of the completed design to you within two business days after I receive the order (often sooner). After I receive your approval, my team will process and ship your order the next business day. More Shipping Info

A word (or two) about Digital Files

It doesn't really matter if you are an expert or novice using digital files – I will work with you.

For best results (particularly with PHOTOS to be used on MUGS and/or Mouse Pads) your image should be scanned at a resolution of at least 150 DPI (Dots per inch) or larger. The preferred formats are JPG, JPEG, Photoshop or PDF.

For those of you unfamiliar with digital files - please send me whatever you have - regardless of resolution or format - so I can take a look at it. Every so often I receive a logo or photo which is such poor quality that I can't use it - but that doesn't happen very often.

Please be aware that the size and clarity of your logo/photo on the finished product depends (almost) entirely on the digital file I receive from you. Of course I will resize the image and make needed minor corrections to improve it, but I cannot turn a poor quality or blurry image into a perfect one. As the saying goes "You can't make a silk purse from a sows ear."

SOME FAQs ABOUT LOGOS & TEAM PHOTOS

How much does it cost to add a logo or Team Photo?
The charge to add a logo or team photo to any of our products is $20. This is a one-time charge - regardless of how many products you order. Discounts or coupons (when available) do not apply to art work charges.

Please note: This artwork charge will NOT be included in your shopping cart total. I will add this charge only after I receive approval on the final design.

Can you add a logo AND a team photo to our gift?
In most cases - YES - but that will require me to create two separate files. The discounted rate for adding both Team Photo and Logo is $30.

Will you use our team logo/photo "in place of" or "in addition to" your stock designs?
That depends entirely on the quality of the logo/photo I receive from you. If it is a high-resolution logo/photo then I will try to use it as the centerpiece of the design. If it is a low-resolution or poorer quality file (less than 150 DPI) and cannot be enlarged without loosing too much clarity, I will generally incorporate those logos/photos into one of our stock designs. I am confident that you will be pleased with either but I won't know which method I will use until I see your logo/photo.
Whichever way we go, I want you to be happy with the gifts you purchase from CoachGifts. I will let you know which method is better for your gift(s) and will provide a sample before processing your order.

I’m in a hurry. How much longer does it take to add a logo (or photo) to my products?
Generally adding a custom logo or photo only adds a day or two to the entire process. However, the CoachGifts team will do all we can to get your order delivered when you need it. If you are in a hurry, just let me know your deadline and my team and I will do what it takes to meet it.

Will you keep my logo "on file" in case I want it added to future orders?
You bet... and for the first six months after your initial order I will add your logo to any of our products for NO additional charge. After six months, there will be just a $5 artwork/setup charge for adding that logo.
