If you want your logo or a photo added to your personalized product, here's how to do it...
Step #1 - Place your order directly on this web site and when selecting the product design - choose the "Custom Design - Will Send Photo" option.
Step #2 - After you receive your order number, email your logo/photo to me - along with your order number. If you have any special requests, include them with your image in that email.One thing to keep in mind...To create a great product FOR you - we need a great image FROM you! DETAILED ORDERING INFO
Click on your SPORT, and then click on the specific product you want to order. Scroll down and fill in the requested information.
The first thing you will be asked to do is "Choose your Design". Select "CUSTOM - WILL SEND PHOTO". We will use your Photo and/or Logo as the primary design and will incorporate the additional info you supplied onto the product as well.
Fill out the remaining information needed to create your personalized gift.
Click the "ORDER" button.
Repeat this process for all the products you want to order. When you are finished, click the "CHECK OUT" button in the shopping cart and then fill out your delivery and payment information. If you have any requests or special instructions about your order, you will have an opportunity to include a message with your order when checking out.
After you submit your order and receive your order number, please send me your logo/team photo via email - along with your order number to CoachMike(at)CoachGifts.com.
I almost always email a sample of the completed design one business day after I receive the order and image file. If you don't receive your sample, please check your junk mail or spam folder because they sometimes end up there. A word (or two) about Digital Files
It doesn't really matter if you are an expert or novice using digital files – I will work with you.
For best results your image should be scanned at a resolution of at least 150 DPI (Dots per inch) or larger; however 300 DPI is best.
The preferred formats are JPG, JPEG, Photoshop or PDF.
For those of you unfamiliar with digital files - just send me whatever you have - regardless of resolution or format - so I can take a look at it.
If you request specific changes or enhancements to the image you submit - and we are able to accommodate those requests - we have an artwork charge of $9.50 per 15 minute increments and almost all modifications can be completed within 15 minutes. I will always let you know in advance before doing any additional work. If you want to proceed, this fee will be charged to the same card you used when you placed the order.
Please be aware that the size and clarity of the digital file you send to me is the most important factor in determining how it will look on the finished product.
Please understand that we cannot "magically" turn a small, pixelated (blurry), poor quality or out-of-focus image into a good one. My grandmother used to say to me...."You can't make a silk purse from a sows ear". These days they say "Garbage in - garbage out." Either way - To create a great product for you - we need a great image from you!

SOME FAQs ABOUT LOGOS & TEAM PHOTOS
How much does it cost to add a logo or Team Photo?
There is NO extra charge for us to use your photo or logo on your product, but we use your photo/logo "as is" and will do only very minor clean up and cropping (if necessary). Additional work will be charged at $9.50 per 15 minute increments (but we can almost always get it the way you want within 15 minutes).
Can you add both a logo AND a team photo to our gift?
I will sure try. It depends on the amount of info given to us as well as the product you ordered.
Will you use our team logo/photo "in place of" or "in addition to" your stock designs?
Generally we will use your Photo or Logo as the primary design. However in some cases, (such as a two sided item) we can use your image (on one side) and our design on the reverse, Just let me know what you want and I will do my best to accommodate.
I’m in a hurry. Does it take any longer to add a logo (or photo) to my products?
The CoachGifts team will do everything we can to get your order delivered before you need it. If you are in a hurry, let us know your deadline and my team and I will do what it takes to meet it. EXPRESS and OVERNIGHT shipping is available for those last minute or emergency orders.
Will you keep my logo "on file" in case I want it added to future orders?
You bet we will. Your Photo and /or Logo will be kept on file so we can add it to a future order when requested to do so.
