1. How long will it take to get my order?

STANDARD SHIPPING - We generally process and ship the order within TWO business days after we receive it. After we ship, the time it takes your order to reach you (from 1 to 7 days) depends on your distance from Moorpark, California.


RUSH SHIPPING - We generally process and ship the order the FIRST business day after we receive it. After we ship, you will get delivery of that order in two business days. To determine the RUSH shipping charge, add $6 to the STANDARD shipping charges listed below.


CANADA SHIPPING - If order is being shipped to CANADA, be sure to select the CANADA shipping option from the drop down box when checking out. Time in transit generally takes 6-10 days after we ship. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties due upon delivery. To determine the CANADA shipping charge, add $12 to the STANDARD shipping charges listed below.


PLEASE BE AWARE:
  • If we are adding a custom logo and/or photo to your item(s), it will take couple of additional days. The extra time is needed so we can create and email a sample and then wait for your approval before processing your order. We will do our best to meet any deadline.
  • “Business Days” DO NOT include weekends or holidays
  • For ordering purposes, our business days end at 5:00PM (West Coast Time). Orders received after 5:00PM (West Coast Time) will be treated as the following business day's orders. (I.E. - An order received at 5:00PM on Monday would be considered a “Tuesday” order.)
  • Please ship to a business address whenever possible.
  • When you are filling out your delivery and payment info, you will have an opportunity to tell me your deadline for delivery of your order.
  • All orders shipped to a PO, APO or FPO are sent via USPS Priority Mail
  • Occasionally our printing equipment breaks down or requires preventive maintenance, which can delay orders for a day or two. This doesn’t happen very often, but if it does, I will let you know immediately.

3. I am really in a hurry – can I get OVERNIGHT shipping?

Yes, but OVERNIGHT shipping charges can be outrageous. Contact me for availability and exact price. Please be aware that OVERNIGHT shipping is NOT available to all areas of the US (most but not all).

4. Do you guarantee that my order will be delivered on time?

Sadly, no….no one can absolutley, positively "guarantee" on-time delivery. Any company who makes such a claim is not being honest with you.

The overwhelming majority of packages we ship are delivered “on time” without any problems. However once in a great while, delays DO occur. Delays can be caused by everything from human error (package misrouted or delivered to wrong address), to mechanical failure (break down of sorting equipment, trucks, jets etc.) to Acts-of-God (Storms, Fires, Earthquakes etc.). Whenever possible, please order in advance so we (and the delivery companies) have a few “extra” days to get your order to you before you must have it!

5. How will my package be shipped?

We use Priority Mail (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our packages.

6. Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. After we ship, your tracking number will automatically be emailed to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If you do not receive your tracking number, it is possible that you entered an incorrect email address or that our email to you was blocked as SPAM. Please check your SPAM folder (especially those of you using AOL) before contacting us. If you still cannot find the tracking info, please email your order number to me and will send the tracking info to you personally.
